Acupuncture

Acupuncture uses fine, sterile needles placed in specific points to boost the body's natural healing ability with biochemical and physiological changes. Ear acupuncture can be used to treat behavioural health (addictions, emotional trauma). Electro- therapy can assist with acupuncture to help relieve chronic and acute pain conditions.

Cosmetic facial acupuncture is an anti-aging treatment to enhance the appearance of your skin, improve skin tone, elasticity and minimize fine lines.

Chinese Massage (Tuina)

Chinese Massage (Tuina) offers a specific type of massage and manipulation techniques, used to treat musculoskeletal pain and stiffness. By re-establishing the energy flow within the body according to the principles of TCM, internal systems can be rebalanced to help with conditions such as digestive and respiratory disorders, headaches and emotional stresses.

Cupping

Cupping therapy uses warm suctions cups that are placed on the skin to create a therapeutic response. Static application can help to remove toxins, release tight muscles and fascial restrictions. Gliding cupping slide over soft tissue to relieve muscle tension, resulting in a relaxing deep tissue therapy. Other applications can assist with congestion in the lungs causing respiratory issues such as cough, asthma and bronchitis.

Moxibustion

Moxibustion is a form of heat therapy, derived from the Mugwort plant to help facilitate healing. It is heated and placed above the skin or around an acupuncture needle for a local and focused application of warmth. The heat penetrates the deeper layers, increasing blood flow to help muscles and tissues relax and heal.

Reflexology

Reflexology: Deep acupressure massage on the feet to relieve stress, re-energise the body and promote healing makes reflexology a therapeutic favourite.
